The apartment was renovated 3 years ago, so everything is new. We have an open, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with balcony and a separate toilet and bathroom. Some practical facts about the house/room: - You'll be sharing it with one person (me). - In a nice neighbourhood - On the 4th floor, with a big roof terrace - Registration is possible - Available from December first (sooner can be discussed) - The rent is € 798/month (ex) - The one time deposit is € 1.450,- - Utilities +/- € 120 - One time fee for furniture to be discussed - Pets are allowed - It's rented through a real estate agent (Keij & Stefels) so they arrange the contract etc. which will be an 8 month contract to start, with the possibility to extend. And more about me :) I’m 32 and work as an online marketeer at a theatre and follow a writing course. I spend most of my time writing, reading, listening to music, being outside (preferably in nature), seeing friends and doing yoga and sports. I also enjoy gardening a lot and have transformed our balcony (and my room) into a tiny jungle. I’m an easygoing, friendly and open person, who respects people as they are. I’m looking for someone who is also easygoing, kind, respectful, tidy and likes to have a a nice place to come home to. My preference goes to someone who is also working and has build up a life already in Amsterdam.

Vertel ons over de buurt

Bos en Lommer is situated on the west side of the city. It’s a nice, fun neighbourhood. Lots of places for going out to eat and having a coffee or drinks. The apartment is next to Erasmuspark, which is a nice and cute park and close to Rembrandtpark.
