Hello! I am looking for a new flatmate to share my apartment that is located in Rustenburgerstraat, De Pijp. The apartment is 135m2, inclusive of a large roof garden. The room available is approx 10m2 with a separate walk-in wardrobe, it is at the rear of the apartment which is very quiet. There is also a spare single bedroom that can be used when friends or family visit. The rental cost is €1150pm excluding GWEI & Council services. Registration is assured. There is a deposit of 1 months rent and €500 for the furniture, required. (The apartment was originally rented unfurnished and I have furnished it.) I’m 35 and work as an Engineer within the field of CO2 capturing and recycling. My interests are road cycling, kite surfing, hiking, climbing, to name a few. Ideally you would also be working full time and also in your 30’s. No smoking inside.. pets or couples are permitted by the landlord.
