You will live there with me as a roommate • Looking for a roomie who is 26-40 years old M/V, working or studying.• Registration possible• First 1 years contract, then yearly renewable• Room is about 16 m2 with beautiful large French doors. Equipped with own sink with cabinet, mirror and two built-in cabinets.• Collaborative kitchen, bathroom (shower and toilet). Note: No living room available!• Location: at the Ceintuurbaan, central to the Pijp! Around the corner from Albert Cuyp and the Metro. Tram stops at the door. Supermarket and Sarphatipark walking distance. Surrounded by super many nice shops and restaurants!• Rent is 813 euros including• Excluding annual rent increase, and waste / water supply tax, TV connection. Viewings on Thursday 4 February and Saturday 6 February.I myself am 31 years old, I work in care and study and also work in (sustainable) Fashion Design.
